22. GENETIC RANKS. THE GENETIC LINKAGE BETWEEN CLASSES OF NON-ORGANIC SUBSTANCES.

Genetic linkages are the bonds between different classes based on their interconversions.
Knowing classes of non-organic substances, it is possible to make genetic ranks of metals and nonmetals. The same element is the basis for these ranks.
It is possible to distinguish two kinds of ranks from metals:
1. Genetic row in which alkali acts as the basis. This row can be presented by means of the following transformations: metal - osnovny oxide - alkali - salt, for example genetic number of K-K2O-KOH potassium - KCl.
2. Genetic row where the insoluble basis acts as the basis, then row can be presented chain of transformations: metal - osnovny oxide - salt - the insoluble basis - osnovny oxide - metal. Naprimer:cu - CuO - CuCl2 - Cu(OH)2 - CuO-> Cu
It is also possible to distinguish two kinds of ranks from nonmetals:
1. Genetic number of nonmetals where soluble acid acts as link of row. The chain of transformations can be presented in the following form: nonmetal - acid oxide - soluble acid - salt. For example:
P-P2O5-H3PO4 - Na3PO4.
2. Genetic number of nonmetals where insoluble acid acts as link of row: nonmetal - acid oxide - salt - acid - acid oxide - nonmetal, For Example:
Si - SiO2 - Na2SiO3 - H2SiO3 - SiO2 - Si.
